I really hope for your kids' sake that she grows up and realizes what she's doing to them. I was in a similar situation as far as a split goes, but never did I punish my son because of our(myself and his father)choices. It was not my son's fault as to the break up and I really hope that she too can come to his understanding. Break ups are painful but hurting a person that was created by you is even more painful.

I went through years of this with my partner, his ex wouldn't let him anywhere near the kids as long as I was in the picture, he would even lie to me and spend the weekend with her to see the kids. It took a long time and she disappeared with the kids for 4 years which I thought would kill him, she was mean and manipulative but last fathers day his youngest daughter called. She was 7 now, last time he'd seen her 3 years old, he only spoke to her 2 times in a year. Just two weeks ago the Ex let him see her and play at the park, without me there, (same game?) Maybe not, last weekend she came to our house and the Mother kind of apologized, well she mumbled something about growing up. Hang in there, when it comes to dealing with women you regretfully are at our mercy at times and some women thrive on that. The saying Good Things happen to those who wait is a saying for a reason. Good Luck :)

You do realize though Lee, that you can end the game. You don't have to play by her rules just because the children are with her. She can manipulate all she wants but so long as you continue to do the same thing and capitulate to her demands, you have to play her game.

Change up the game.
How? You know best.
