Oh god i hate babelfish. It can give insanely funny results, but it completely ignores sentence structures.
May 31st, 2008 at 9:16 pm
To much brain consuming for me, my congrats to the winner (I guess it’s not going to be easy)
June 1st, 2008 at 5:30 pm

Use the Babble fish tool to help
June 2nd, 2008 at 11:38 am
Here is my entry:
“I sharpen above with this [trelli] idea from I have the [radio] operator it presents new male deer in England. I hope to give far the most future credits.”
June 2nd, 2008 at 11:56 am
Hi Vincent,
Sorry not there yet. You can have as many attempts as you like though.
Remember the Translator moves some words around and changed many of them.
June 2nd, 2008 at 2:27 pm
You’re messing up my brain. Argh!!!
“Edge up with this crazy the idea from has radius operator Young show stag in England. Hope to give away more the future appropriations in the.”
June 2nd, 2008 at 2:41 pm
Nope. i think i should explain that it is not tricky english. I am using normal words and when you see the answer you will it is very basic English.
I have not made it very hard… but the translator has… it has moved words and put some words that have nothing to do with what I originally said…. So use teh tool and see if you can work it out
If this goes on for sometime ill take it back up to 10K EC
June 2nd, 2008 at 4:18 pm
It is never the same with the translator …
“I came up with this crazy idea from a young male radio show host in England. I hope to give more credits in the future.”
June 2nd, 2008 at 4:24 pm
I try something to figure out and do it vice verca
“I point with this insane idea is to show to operator radio operator young stag in England. I hope, to give more appropriations in the”
and it becomes like that…
June 2nd, 2008 at 6:07 pm
@ maria
Your very close…. well closer then most. People seem to be getting one part confused.
The best way to find out if your correct is type it into the translator and then see if it gets translated back…. Then you have the answer.
June 2nd, 2008 at 6:54 pm
I am not going to divulge my secrets! I’m gonna crack this one! [unless somebody beats me to it!] I think I know which *bleeping* language you translated to. or close enough …
June 2nd, 2008 at 6:56 pm
My head hurts!
I came up with this crazy idea in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future.
June 2nd, 2008 at 7:27 pm

June 3rd, 2008 at 5:20 am
Hi Doyle, let’s try this:
“I came up with this crazy idea from a young man operator who has a radio show in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future”
Regards
Anthony
June 3rd, 2008 at 7:51 am
Some of you are getting so close! Most are still messing up on a few points that I agree could be very hard as the translator has changed them very badly.
Very very close though!
June 3rd, 2008 at 11:32 am
I’m actually trying this using the hint you gave
“I came up with this insane idea from a young guy who manage a radio show in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future”
Just wondering.. if you try to enter your original sentence, and retranslate it twice, do you get the original sentence?
June 3rd, 2008 at 12:09 pm
The first part has changed now. the translator translates it differently. So i will give you this part for free as it has now changed.
“I came up with this insane idea”
you still have one part that wrong that people cant work out… I am not giving any clues to it though.
If you find the ORIGINAL text and translate it to French and the back to English it will translate to what the text has above.
I am not sure if it will in reverse… I don’t think it will though.
If no one finds out the answer ill give the credits to the person who is closest.
June 3rd, 2008 at 1:27 pm
“I came up with this insane idea from a young man in England who broadcasts on wireless radio. I hope to give away more credits in the future”
Just an idea.
June 3rd, 2008 at 5:42 pm

Mark, your the closest so far! Very close… but one or 2 errors that make a big difference. You have fixed some errors that most people have used though.
very good and you are the closest so far

June 3rd, 2008 at 9:35 pm

@Jane

I came up with this crazy idea with a children’s radio show guy in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future.
? Tell me if i’m close..
June 4th, 2008 at 7:54 am
@Earik

June 4th, 2008 at 8:00 am
Wow thats not it ? Am I the closest now ?
How odd
Ok how about this although I am confused about your additonal info later on as you said from English to French and French to english will be the same and mine was but this is not actually but is like yours to start with *confused*
I came up with this insane idea from this new radio host in England. I hope I get to give away more credits in the future
June 4th, 2008 at 8:01 am

I came up with this insane idea from this new radio host in England. I hope I get to give away the credits in the near future
June 4th, 2008 at 8:07 am
Close…
if i translate your text to French then from French to English it is this:
“I cam up with this insane idea from this new radio host in England. I hope I get to give away more appropriations in the future”
You need to get this:
“I cam up with this insane idea from has radio operator show young stag in England. I hope to give away more appropriations in the future.”
June 4th, 2008 at 9:00 am
Here is the answer:
“I came up with this insane idea from a young radio presenter in England. I hope to give away more credit in the future”
June 4th, 2008 at 9:31 am

June 4th, 2008 at 9:48 am
I have a Massive Headache ! still going though …its driving me nuts
June 4th, 2008 at 9:49 am
Eerik, It wont work in reverse. because of how translators work it messes up words and moves things around.
June 4th, 2008 at 9:50 am
How about: I came up with this insane/crazy idea to show a young, male radio operator in England. I hope I get to give away the credits in the near future
June 4th, 2008 at 9:59 am
Eerik, your getting further away now.
Jane, it would drive me crazy too! But 5K of credits might be worth it.
June 4th, 2008 at 10:01 am
Who’s the closest right now?
June 4th, 2008 at 10:02 am
“I came up with this insane idea from a new radio show male host in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future”

June 4th, 2008 at 11:01 am
Vincent and Jane still the closest?
June 4th, 2008 at 11:05 am
Yep. They are still the closest. But it would be very easy to win though… it is only a very few words that need changing… or removing.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:05 am
You might want to give a (small) hint, cause no-one’s really getting it right… ?
June 4th, 2008 at 11:07 am
I came up with this insane idea from a radio show young male host in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future
June 4th, 2008 at 11:08 am
Ok. Here is a hint.
I do not mention the sex of anyone in the original text. And I have no idea why one of the words is in it.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:22 am
I came up with this insane idea from a new radio show in england…?
Or maybe you got this idea from a young deer who was an operator in a british radio show? xD
June 4th, 2008 at 11:24 am
Your 2nd answer is correct! nah just kidding.
But no the first answer is not totally there yet.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:40 am
But is it closer than the long one?
I think “stag” is what he didn’t originally have, because it doesn’t really fit into radio show and credit categories
Meanwhile Lee, you must be getting bored watching us poor entrecarders trying to get credits. Why don’t you try solving this yourself:
The I of needs assignment truly!
It was translated from english to french, back to english, to chinese, english, russian and finally, back to english.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:43 am
The best I can come up with
“I came up with this insane idea from a radio show young host in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future”
And now I have to bath the kids
June 4th, 2008 at 11:53 am
Ok here it is
“I came up with this insane idea from a radio show young stag in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future”
June 4th, 2008 at 11:55 am
I got this insane idea from a radio show in England.
(Based on the hints, it looks like we should remove something..)
June 4th, 2008 at 11:56 am
And That friend when converted to French and back to english equals
“I cam up with this insane idea from has radio operator show young stag in England. I hope to give away more appropriations in the future.”
But I have No idea what you mean ?
June 4th, 2008 at 11:57 am
I cam up with this insane idea from a radio in England. I hope to give away more credit in the future
June 4th, 2008 at 11:57 am
Maybe instead of “came up” there should be posted ot sth.?
June 4th, 2008 at 11:58 am
are you equating a Young Buck/male at a stag party perhaps ???
But I won right ? lol
June 4th, 2008 at 12:01 pm
Eerik, write the whole thing
June 4th, 2008 at 12:04 pm
Hellloooooo …..
June 4th, 2008 at 12:06 pm
Jane, you have not got it perfect yet. but if it all stays like it is you could be the winner yes.
June 4th, 2008 at 12:07 pm
aaah ok
I posted this insane idea from a radio show in England.
I hope to give away more credits in the future.
June 4th, 2008 at 12:09 pm
Or is it:
I got this insane idea from a radio show in England.
I hope to give away more credits in the future.
June 4th, 2008 at 12:12 pm
Ok. Eerik is now the closest. But not all teh way there yet.
A clue to fix his errors is… More words (I know its different from what I said before) and the start is also a bit wrong…. On both answers.
June 4th, 2008 at 12:14 pm
Lee Have another look
You said to me above it has to say :
Close…
if i translate your text to French then from French to English it is this:
You need to get this:
“I cam up with this insane idea from has radio operator show young stag in England. I hope to give away more appropriations in the future.”
And this
“I came up with this insane idea from a radio show young stag in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future”
Is exactly that in english to french to english
June 4th, 2008 at 12:16 pm
“I cam up with this insane idea from has radio operator show Young stag in England. I hope to give away more appropriations in the future”
That is EXACTLY what you asked for and I gave it to you in this
“I came up with this insane idea from a radio show young stag in England. I hope to give away more credits in the future”
I just double checked in bablefish
Hey I really gotta go bath my kids now
But I gave you exactly what you asked for a few posts back
June 4th, 2008 at 12:18 pm
Lee Check your post time stamped Jun 4, 2008 - 08:06:35
Ok gotta run
June 4th, 2008 at 12:18 pm
Hummmm…. your right. It is very different from my original text though.
I guess one of the words that I have that are different translate into “young stag” for some unknown reason.
June 4th, 2008 at 12:21 pm
So i’m going in the right direction..
came up with could be a mistranslation of posted (as in put up)..
Is this better:
I put up/started this insane idea from a new radio show in England.
I hope to give away more credits in the future.
Or maybe,
I put up/started this insane idea that a radio operator showed in England.
I hope to give away more credits in the future.
June 4th, 2008 at 12:25 pm
For some reason I think “young stag” could be a boy..
June 4th, 2008 at 12:33 pm
I cam up with this insane
