Not sure if you want to encourage people to go fast, but this is a really fast way to do it. (use it yourself, if you like) In you guide you should encourage people to post a comment as often as they can and every time they comment, stumble the post. This is what I do, the extra traffic is probably apprecaited. Back at my list, I just made a new stuble account and I have been stumbling every one of the 300+ sites in my list. about 60% have already been stumbled, so for those it is just another thumbs up. For the sites that have never been hit before it will be at least 200 hits in one day - or that seems to be the average.
