Jogging Tips anyone?
The last week I have been trying to get fit… This will be the first time in around 10 years that I have gone out of my way to keep healthy. The last time I did anything was when I was boxing at school and playing Football (Soccer for everyone else).
I have got one of them Heart Monitor watches and got myself some good running shoes… But its killing me! Within 20mins I am burned out and start worrying if ill make it home!
I have lost some weight already and I am also taking my vitamins and other things to help…
so do any of your keep Fit bloggers have any tips? I know the EC Community has a few of you.

At the start you should not run. Just give it a few days of walking a tiny bit faster than you normally would.
You should try to find someone to run with and make sure your running at a speed that you can have a easy conversation without getting tired.

Take it slow - map out a three mile radius around your home, start out speed walking for about a week, then move up to a speed walk/run for another week, then a slow jog, etc., take it at your own speed, as long as you make yourself get up and AT LEAST walk that three miles at least 5 times a week you will start to feel a difference (quick) - Don’t forget to stretch!!! Slowly your speed and length of time running will increase and you will probably want to add weights to your workout.

My tip is, Don’t do it!
I hate jogging or running, I prefer low impact fitness.. Like pilates or something.

I’m actually in the process of writing a losing weight/diet blog, so when it’s ready for viewers I will let you know!
I was never one for jogging/running, instead I opt for aerobics/dancing. It’s best to start off slow - like maybe walk first - I know when I first started exercising again I could barely keep for 10 minutes of a video and had to stop afraid I would have a heart attack…but now I can keep up with the whole 30 and actually feel good afterwards

Here’s a keep fit tip: make it part of your routine. Every time you wake up, go for a jog then and there. You’ll be glad you did!
