NATIONAL FATHERLESS DAY RALLY

FATHERLESS DAY

As many of my readers know I am a member of Fathers-4-Justice. The past week I have been talking to a member of F4J-US and he told me about this idea he has. I think its amazing as it is not just for all of us Fathers but for everyone. Many children these days grow up in single family homes and many feel that they never get to know their fathers. Many grow up thinking that their father may not love or even care for them… This may be the case for many… But what many people do not know is in many countries Fathers are pushed out of the family home by mothers and authorities. It is much more easy to just push the father out then to work on having BOTH parents help in looking after the child… I feel this is unfair and I am sick of hearing the same story time and time again from loving fathers who phone me crying and email me with the same stories but different names.

This event is NOT just for fathers! We need to change peoples views and we all need to do it together… Not just for ourselves but for our children and our children’s children.

If you have ever known someone who has been effected by a fatherless home please help with this. Even if it is just displaying a badge showing your support or actually joining the cause… Everything helps.

On June the 13th is Fatherless Day and in many city’s and towns around the US and maybe the UK (And more) there will be rallies organised by fellow F4J members. Please show all your support.

Don’t let the bad Dads effect us, we want to be fathers…

To show your support please display this badge. You can link here or to the www.fathers-4-justice.us

Please read the F4J-US statement and help us.

All,

OUR organizations, Fathers-4-Justice/Families-4-Justice

have been diligently working to put together OUR rally. A
rally where we as a nation, will gather to petition our
government for reform. A rally where an injustice which is
being perpetrated against OUR children can be addressed in
a NATIONAL forum. We have decided that on Friday, the 13th
of June, two days before Father’s day we are going to
gather at all 50 State Capitols/Statehouses UNITED. On
this date from the hours of 12:00pm till 3:00pm UNITED we
will DEMAND a change to the manner in which our nations
family courts are currently conducting business.

This is OUR time, This is OUR opportunity, We are UNITED!
The following organizations have UNITED with us to support
in our efforts: American Coalition for Fathers & Children
(ACFC), United Civil Rights Councils of America (UCRCoA) ,
Children Need Both Parents(CNBP), and A Child’s Right.

JOIN US! In OUR efforts to affect change! I have attached
our NATIONAL FATHERLESS DAY RALLY flyer. Please send this
announcement far and wide. Post it on your websites, your
MySpace pages, your blogs, send it to all of your groups
but most importantly send it to our employees, the
legislators that have turned a deaf ear to our plea’s for
a change, we are now UNITED and DEMANDING A CHANGE!

Thank you and of course, if you have any questions as to
how your State may participate in this event, please do
not hesitate to contact me or any of the event
coordinators listed on the bottom of the flyer.

I really wonder why society is biased to mothers when it comes to who should take care of the children. (Except for Britney) They always assume that women care for their sibling better than men. It’s totally unfair.

I am a Filipino an this is the first time I heard this. But I must admit, I agree with the comment above.

Fathers are equal to mothers in terms of loving a child.

Thanks!
