The Tales of Beedle the Bard - The New Harry Potter Book!!!

I was just having a browse around Amazon and noticed a BIG banner advertising The Tales of Beedle the Bard! The last I read it would be sold at aution to a sole owner… So I guess JK has seen how many fans she would annoy and decided to sell it.

She has given two versions of the book… One of which you can ONLY buy at Amazon! It looks amazing and will surely be worth a bit in the future (Ill be buying one for sure)

Both versions have all five fairy tales from the original The Tales of Beedle the Bard  by J.K. Rowling.

This The Tales of Beedle the Bard, Collector’s Edition (Offered Exclusively by Amazon) comes with loads of extras like the bag with JKs name on and a big book style box to keep your collectors version inside. I do not know if id dare to read this one… So i think ill buy myself a £4 version along with it

Of the best things about this version is that £20 GBP per unit from the sale of the Collector’s Edition from Amazon.co.uk will be donated to The Children’s Voice Campaign.

They are also selling aThe Tales of Beedle the Bard, Standard Edition that is being sold much more cheaper! I think this is what will be sold in most stores.

I am sure these books will add yet more amazing back story for the Harry Potter fans (Like myself). It is what everyone has been waiting for… But what makes it even better that that JK is donating so much to The Children’s Voice Campaign.

I would normally say that I hope this will do well… But we all know it will be #1 and get everyone reading again

Introduction

This week has been so strange! I have been working out non-stop and trying to get as fit as i possibly can… But I have also been really down and upset… So i guess ill split this post into two so i can get everything out.

Please remember that this is  personal blog! I have had so many people e-mailing me asking why I am not posting and why I am not running contests or posting about other things I post about now and again… Maybe this blog is a bit messed up as I personally have no idea what it is about any more.

I also had some GREAT comments and some funny feedback from my last post and tricked some people really good! I loved it!

I got myself a cool bike this week! I love it and have been riding it all I can… I did a long bike ride and it nearly killed me! I could not walk up my stairs without aches and pains

I have also got myself some cool work out gear for when I cant be bothered to go out It is nice to work out and it just makes myself feel better

i have also been working with someone is designing some T-shirts and other items for when I go to court. I love the designs and hopefully in the next week or two I will also have a new template for my blog It is from my favourite designer Jai from www.blogohblog.com! I am using his template now (Very modified though) but wanted a personal one from him.

The last few weeks my Mum has gone to see Faith and Jack which is great for them… but for me its just a downer as I just do not know what to say when they get back I should be happy for them and should also ask how everyone is doing… But I just find it hard to know as it just makes me see what I am missing and all the time ill never get back. Faith is meant to be really big now… jack is meant to be walking and doing other things a kid his age should be doing…. I just hope soon i get some pictures or something.

She also saw my ex and my Daughter harmony the other day. I find it really hard to hear anything about harmony as apart from some images I have no idea what she is like… I also miss my ex like crazy It sucks because I know we never failed! We did not split or leave on bad terms… We were forced apart by the powers that be.

I have no idea what she is doing… how she is coping raising a child on her own (Maybe she not on her own? Who knows) and I just wish I had some way to find out how my daughter is doing….

I have been contacted by some producers via this blog about them following me and the stages I will go through. I have turned it down because I know how the media can lie and turn on you without you knowing… I know the producer from a meeting I had with her a while ago… She is a very nice lady but until I this is over idon’t see myself doing anything to turn more attention to myself or people I was/am linked too.

I also have not been in the mood for much blogging… I have been so busy with some side projects and friends I talk to that blogging has taken a back seat. I also have been working on the poetry book I have been working on and hope to get that out as soon as everything is over.

‘Tramp’ in church was minister in disguise

I am not a religious man at all. I am open about being a Atheist but respect most religions and peoples beliefs. One of my favourite bloggers (Rebellious Arab Girl) has a old post about Honour Killings in the Islam religion which seems to always get some comments every month or so.  Since reading this post and following Monas blog I have changed many of my views on Islam and Arabs in General.

A lot of people think that I must be some sort of Devil Worshipper as I don’t follow the Bible, Koran or read L. Ron Hubbard’s stories. I just believe we are here, I don’t believe that some higher power has written any books or has any disciples do so. I do believe these books can offer some words of wisdom and can help people out of some hard times, but that is as far as it goes for me.

I came across this story in Todays papers which really made me smile. It shows how some people believe that if they just go to Church or your Mosques then all is forgiven and their GOD will think they are good people… But what they forget is if their GOD is real he is watching 24/7.

I do not believe in GOD… But I try my very best to be as nice to people as I can. The one thing I did learn at school was Respect, and that is something I always follow.

Members of a church congregation received a shock when a “tramp” who wandered in off the street took off his wig and hat and revealed himself as their minister.

Former police officer the Rev Derek Rigby dressed in clothes from a charity shop and rolled around where his “dog had been” in the garden as part of his disguise.

The 51-year-old said he told the congregation and John Morris, one of the senior members and a lay-preacher who was taking the Sunday service, he would be arriving 20 minutes late at the Trinity Methodist Church in Prestatyn, Denbighshire, North Wales.

But instead of the expected arrival of the minister the congregation of around 70 saw a tramp walk in and sit down in the church.

Mr Rigby, who was a police officer for 15 years before he was ordained 20 years ago, said: “I was amazed that no one recognised me. I was quite close to some of them. Sitting next to some and they still did not recognise me.”

The minister, who had not shaved for three days, then stood up and revealed who he was. The charade was linked to the theme of the service which was based around the failure of the disciples to recognise Jesus Christ on the road to Emmaus after his resurrection.

Mr Rigby, who took up the post at the church in 2005, said: “When I walked in and revealed myself they (the congregation) broke into a round of applause.”

Speaking about the demonstration, he said: “It was interesting to see the different responses. It is the unacceptable face of charity.

“I had to walk about half a mile from my house to the church otherwise people would have recognised my car.

“I was not in the porch as people arrived for the service I was slightly outside the church.

“I had to scruff the clothes up and I had syringes – used for giving my dog medicine but without the needles in so they were safe.

“I waited until Sunday school had finished as I didn’t want to scare the children.

“I was behaving drunk but I was not noisy or rolling around. I sneaked into the porch where the disabled toilets are and stole some toilet roll.

“Then I went back in to steal a decanter and glasses at which point someone ran after me and took them off me. At that point I was invited in.”
