5,000 TEST Contest
This is a simple but crazy contest. Here are the simple rules:

Winner is Jane! A big thank you to everyone who took part! It went better than I thought it would and I had fun!
- The sentence started off in English
- It was then translated into another language (FRENCH) (You find out which) using Yahoo! Babel Fish
- It was then translated back into English from the same selected Language
- Then it is posted here for you to work out the original exact sentence.
- The winner will be the first person to post the original sentence used in the translation.
Simple right? So 10,000EC should be yours? Then get working it out!

Entrecard Burnout
Like many follow Entrecarders when I first joined I thought “Credits = real money” and “I want to be at the top!”. To do this you really need to drop around 200-300 cards a day. Not only that you need to drop them at good reasonable times and try to keep a list of your normal droppers.
This takes a lot of time. Not only do you need to drop the cards on every one of the 300 blogs, you also need to make the lists and try to comment and read some of the posts. I know the reading and commenting is a rule most people do not follow and that is ok… I do not expect 300 droppers to read all 300 blogs.
After a few weeks of this you start to feel great because your at the top of your group and you can see them credits rolling in… But then you do not want to give up that #1 spot and you know you need to keep dropping and dropping at the correct times. This is when the burnout starts! You get sick of the drop pages (Or bookmarks and inbox) and you get sick of scanning the blogs for the entrecard widget.
I have sometimes scanned a page 3 times and not seen the entrecard widget which is staring me in the face… this is when you know your coming to the end of the road and need a break.
The only problem with a break is you know you will lose a lot of of what you have built up. Your position will undoubtly fall in your category and you may also lose your place on some peoples lists. This is what may keep you going for another week or so…

Here is a revamped and new outlook for U DROP / I FOLLOW movement. I have been very lazy the past few weeks and not had time to update. It is not totaly that I could not be bothered… It is just I have many personal issues right now.
Today I have made some time and decided instead of updating the old page I need to renew the whole thing. Wordpress has screwed up the code and also made some things I did unusable so here is a better version that should not break.
I would like to take this time to thank Stan from http://razzball.com/ for the idea.

MindBlock so your getting my stats (Entrecard)
I have nothing to blog about today and my head is killing me! So today your getting some stats from my Entrecard account. Maybe you will find them interesting… Prob not.
One reason I am posting them is today I got back to the top #1 spot in the personal blogs cat. This is great as I dropped when I took some time off and its got much harder now to get in the top 3. I think its getting to around 700ish blogs in personal so its a big fight with the top 10 blogs.
I am glad i am now getting around 300 drops back so a big thanks to everyone!

Diet Pulpit is a blog writen by Lady Rose and her motto is: “Don’t be fool, eat for fuel!”. She writes her blog with some humor and attitude, she also involves her family in her weekly blogging and is not afraid to touch on subjects many diet blogs will no talk about.

Interview:
1. You like to mix humor with getting fit; do you think it helped you to use humor to change your attitude to getting fit rather than the tough approach?
Absolutely, and without a doubt! I would not have been able to stick with it this long (100 weeks so far) without having a sense of humor and poking fun at myself. There are so many obstacles out there, externally (like constant food ads on TV) and internally (coping with unhelpful physicians and health related issues) to just name a few. A solid sense of humor is the only way to go! I started out needing to lose 153 lbs, with congestive heart failure, and rheumatoid arthritis (since age 2) - at age 52 it’s a looooong road ahead to get healthy, but I’m going to enjoy it and laugh along the way as much possible
2. I know many people including Myself who would benefit from your blog. Do you have any plans on marketing your blog more?
I would love to broaden my readership for the blog, but I have no clue how. I just post daily as much as possible and hope folks find me. I accept all forms of free advertising by the way (you can quote me on that! LOL).
