I am a long time demonoid member and have always liked it for the speeds it offers and the community.

Well the Demonoid community now seems to have some morals, and some are a bit twisted. As some of you may know they offer games, movies, tv shows, and a whole range of other illegal things (Which I would never download). You can argue that none of these torrents are illegal and that they are just a very nice convenience for many people… But we all know the facts.

Well today I was talking on the forums about Softmodding which is 100% LEGAL and also asked about some homebrew software… Well I got a PM warning me about talking about Softmodding as they see it as illigal talk and would ban me if I did it again.

Now, for a site which has the Torrents availible for Softmodding and even offers Wii full game downloads which now seems a bit fishy… They are either for it or not… I would understand if I was talking about how to rip a game I do not own… Or even how to burn a game that I do not own… But I was not as softmodding a console I OWN is NOT illegal.
I was asking about Softmodding which is covered by many sites such as Lifehacker as it is a easy way to run homebrew software and play DVDs. I am sure if it was illegal in anyway Lifehacker would not dare touch it as they are a very well known and respected site.

Maybe I just found myself in the way of a touchy MOD? or maybe Demonoid has a strange sense of what is legal and what is not (One that makes zero sense at all).

Well for anyone interested the strange mod is named christ. I am sure he thinks he knows what he is talking about… I am sure. But when Demonoid and this mod see some sense I will rejoin and start seeding my Legal to Torrents.

Its been close to a year now, since they took it all away,
